Duplicate, misleading, or expired ads may be removed without notice. Ads promoting illegal activities, counterfeit products, or prohibited content are strictly forbidden. vahana.lk reserves the right to reject or remove ads that violate these terms.
Users can opt for premium, featured, and verified listings for increased visibility. Any user can request banner display ads and logo display in automobile business directory listings. Payments for premium, featured, and verified ads, as well as banner and logo display ads, are non-refundable unless a valid issue is raised within 24 hours. vahana.lk does not guarantee specific results for premium, featured, and verified ads but ensures higher visibility.
vahana.lk does not own, inspect, or guarantee the vehicles or services listed. All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers; vahana.lk is not responsible for disputes. Users are encouraged to personally verify details before making a purchase or payment. vahana.lk is not liable for any financial loss, fraud, or misrepresentation by users.
vahana.lk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Users found engaging in fraud, spam, or repeated violations will be permanently banned. Users can request account deletion by contacting customer support.
Users must not spam or post repetitive ads to manipulate rankings. Users should respect other members and maintain a professional environment. vahana.lk may introduce user rating systems to improve trust and safety.
vahana.lk encourages users to resolve disputes among themselves amicably. In cases of fraudulent activity, users may report the issue to vahana.lk for review. vahana.lk does not act as a mediator but may suspend fraudulent accounts.
